If your item arrives with a print defect or manufacturing issue, simply reply directly to your order confirmation email with a clear photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery, and we will gladly arrange a free replacement.

The inner neck labels offered by a variety of print partners are printed using the Direct-to-Film (DTF) print method, while the rest of the prints are done with the Direct-to-Garment (DTG) method
